Under a generous sky, the puddles turn into…

Beneath a generous sky, the puddles become tiny universes of life, where biodiversity flourishes like a damp, fertile dream. It is marvellous to watch how the species, in a silent and harmonious dance, come together to make the most of the sodden earth and the sun’s caresses. Over the years, organic matter accumulates like a dark treasure, transforming the earth around the puddles into a black, spongy blanket – a bed that cradles the expansion of the native forest. In the green corridors, guided by seeping water, permanent networks of mycelium are woven – invisible threads that bind ravines and forests in an eternal embrace. These threads are like veins that beat in secret, connecting life in an underground murmur. Native forests are not mere plants in a nursery; they are symphonies of life, intricate and ancient, which have taken centuries to adapt to their home. They are the living memory of the earth, a legacy that whispers stories of resilience, adaptation and beauty. The freest seeds—those that have escaped the hand of man—I have found in the ravines, hidden like wild jewels. Watering these lands is like summoning the flora and fauna of the ravines, calling upon them to spread out towards the exposed slopes, where the sun and wind await them to begin anew.
